Shree Krishna Transformers has a complete winding facility. Both heavy-duty and light-duty winding machines are available to meet standard and customized product requirements. The winding process is conducted under strict supervision, following the detailed procedure list. These procedure lists are available to the winders in two languages: English and the local language, Gujarati.

Shree Krishna Transformers has both varnishing and vacuum facilities. These facilities are available to only about 10% of manufacturers in Ahmedabad.
The varnishing and vacuum procedures are documented on paper and explained to the operators. The procedure list is available to the operators in both English and the local language, Gujarati. We perform one batch of varnishing and vacuum daily. The viscosity of the varnish is checked every other day using a viscosity cup, and the mixture ratio is also checked properly.

The assembly facility at Shree Krishna Transformers is spacious, well-equipped with all necessary tools and components, and provides a comfortable and relaxing environment for workers. The assembly procedure is clearly described to all workers and carried out under strict supervision. The process is divided into two parts: First part is before varnishing, vacuuming, and heating (ovening). And Second part is After these processes are completed. The assembly procedure is documented on paper and made available to workers in both English and the local language, Gujarati. After both stages, the product undergoes testing.

Shree Krishna Transformers is facilized With Oven. Ovening Facility Is Available With 10% Of The Manufacturer Here In Ahmedabad. Ovening Procedure Is Also Described On Paper And To Worker As Well. Maintenance Of Oven Is Also Done On Regular Basis.

Regular calibrations are performed on all instruments, and records are maintained. A list of some of these instruments is available. Testing Records And Reports Are Maintained Properly From The Very Begaining. Testing Reports Are Either Available With Invoice Or With Products . Products Are Undergone Twice For Testing. One Before Varnishing And Vacuum And Second One Is The Final Test. Major Six Way Of Testing Are... (1) I.R. Test (2) H.V. Shree Krishna Transformers follows a standard procedure for packing and sending materials. They wrap products with stretch film. For local deliveries, they use corrugated boxes, and for outstation deliveries, they use wooden boxes. They have a goods lift to easily move items from the top floor to the ground floor, making the workers' jobs easier. The company owns three two-wheelers and one three-wheeler to ensure fast and prompt delivery to customers.
